Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. You choose a Sedan (up to 3 passengers), SUV (5), Private van (8) or Sprinter (16), and the total shown covers the whole vehicle.
What if my flight is late or lands early?
We track your flight with the number you give us. Delays of up to 3 hours are adjusted free of charge; for longer delays we reschedule based on availability without charging for the delay, or refund 100% if we cannot serve you. Your 60-minute wait starts at the actual landing time.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup and get 100% of what you paid online. You can change the date, time, flight or hotel free up to 12 hours before, subject to availability.
